摘要:针对冲击地压矿井回采巷道普遍采用多级支护体系,支护效果差的现状,分析了围岩变形破坏机理,指出高应力、强动载荷和卸压、锚杆支护体系失效分别是冲击地压巷道围岩强烈变形的基础、特征和关键因素。结合试验巷道破坏特征及锚杆支护系统失效分析结果,认为巷道维护的关键是减弱围岩性质劣化对锚杆支护体系的影响,并提出了具有针对性的控制对策。依据研究结果,确定了新控制方案和参数,进行了井下工业试验,取得了良好应用效果。

Abstract:

According to the status of bad support effect of mine roadway by using the multistage?support system in the?rock burst, the surrounding rock?deformation failure mechanism is analyzed,it is pointed out that the high?stress,?intense dynamic loading?and?pressure relief,failure bolting system is the basis,characteristics?and key factors causing strong deformation of surrounding rock?.Combined with the roadway damage?characteristics and?analysis on the bolt support failure system?,It is suggested that the key to maintenance roadway is weakening the impact of surrounding rock deterioration to the bolt support system,and the the control countermeasures are put forward.Based on the results of study,the new control?scheme and parameters are determined,which are tested,the results?showed that?the application effect of new control scheme is very good.
